We operate several independent laboratories that are fully equipped with testing facilities such as Aggregate Laboratory, Concrete Laboratory, Cement Laboratory, Soil Laboratory, Highway Laboratory, Chemical analysis Laboratory and Steel & Building Materials Laboratory.

Our Testing Services
Aggregate Laboratory
Aggregate Testing Laboratory. The coarse and fine aggregate products used in construction materials – have to meet strict quality standards.
Our testing laboratory in, can determine whether or not an aggregate will perform to the specified requirements to meet the expected performance demands of your project.
Concrete Laboratory
Concrete Laboratory provides facilities to conduct all quality control tests on concrete (Fresh and hardened). The lab has equipment for conducting destructive and non-destructive tests on concrete to verify quality in the post-construction phase.
Cement Laboratory
The heart of concrete lies in the cement. Several tests should be performed to determine the characteristics of cement and its compatibility with other materials in the concrete mix design. Compressive strength testing of mortar cubes at 3-days, 7-days and 28-days of aging are used to observe the development of the strength gain of the mortar over time.
A chemical analysis of the cement will provide a reasonable estimate of the composition of the cement.
Soil Mechanics Laboratory
Soil Mechanics Laboratory helps Engineers enhance their knowledge of soil mechanics and guides them to learn about the basic mechanical properties of soil under load. In addition, many geotechnical engineering projects use the lab to predict how they will behave under field loading.
Transportation / Highway Laboratory
The Transportation and Highway Laboratory provides facilities for the evaluation, preparation, and testing of aggregate sources, products, and samples for use in concrete, asphalt mixtures, and granular base course applications. The Laboratory is equipped to conduct standard tests for asphalt pavement design and paving materials and to assess the engineering properties and behaviors of new paving and road construction materials.
Building Materials Laboratory
The laboratory provides characterization of basic building materials and final products for the construction industry. It also offers specific building solutions in order to evaluate their performance for their optimal use
Steel Laboratory
Steel Testing Laboratory performs mechanical and chemical testing that provide customers with the data and information necessary to meet specific steel application needs.
Chemical Analysis Laboratory
Chemical testing of aggregates, cement and soils within the construction and civil engineering industry has wide ranging implications for the re-use of materials, remediation works and new projects. With so much potentially riding on the outcomes, it is important that the tests themselves deliver the results you need and, when required, comply to international standards.
